fighting
Bunery region is a huge sign to get in. Its ideal items are Star Dust (must have), Soul Dew/Aqua Egg, and Muscle Band. This thing will solo most boards for the whole midgame. Just maximize fighting level.
Other biggest early sign is Ledyba, which allows you to play a Bug/Fighting unique for free, and a legendary later.
If Shroomish and Petilil are in, and you have Hisuian Petilil region you can consider Grass/Fighting with Chespin, but I don’t think its even good.
lategame wincon is get a boosting legendary, give it tank items + revive. These are okidogi (needs fluffy tail), buzzwole (wants a bug to dup), and marshadow
